I know, it’s been a long time coming. We finally got on the blog wagon. Welcome to the new web site by the way. We figured if we were going to blog, we better have something to talk about. Fortunately, 2008 provided plenty of things to talk about and I’d like to provide a few highlights.

Coolest Booking

On August 14, we were hired to provide a photo booth for the Kid Rock concert at Riverbend and for his afterparty. Our boys at Model Citizen DJ teamed up with us to provide a night of entertainment and memory making suitable for any rock star. I am not a “star gazer” but I must say it was quite surreal to be hanging out with a bone fide rock star like Kid Rock. Russel Simmons and Rev Run from Run DMC decided to show up for the festivities as well. Oh, and the food was phenomenal!

Other highlights included being at ground zero for Riverfest on both the Kentucky and Ohio sides of the river and working with Q102 at Riverbend for the Jimmy Buffett and Jonas Brothers concerts, Party in the Park at Sawyer Point, and participating in the Bosom Ball at the Madison Theatre in Covington to raise funds for breast cancer awareness. We also had a great time working with the Free Store Food Bank and the Cincinnati Bengals to raise funds to defeat hunger in Cincinnati.
